Simultaneous with the closing of the transaction, an affiliate of VICI Properties Inc. for approximately $56.1 million (the 'Acquisition') on July 25, 2023. (Nasdaq Capital Market®: CNTY) ('Century Casinos' or the 'Company') announced that it completed the acquisition of the operations of Rocky Gap Casino Resort ('Rocky Gap') from Golden Entertainment Inc.
